Today was my second visit to the “shampoo spa.” I haven’t stopped thinking about it since I came here about a month ago with my daughter. The experience is very relaxing and also leaves you with the cleanest scalp and silkiest hair ever. Lucy was my technician and she was amazing. Gentle and kind, she made me feel very comfortable. I will be back again as soon as possible. A gift certificate to this spa would make a perfect Christmas gift for someone special on your list – male or female. Give them a try.

Oh. My. God! This was hands down the best spa experience ever!!! I have never felt so relaxed and the results are amazing. My hair was dry from getting over processed at another salon and this has truly restored my hair. Salon Doremi was absolutely amazing. The receptionist was so kind and went above and beyond to help out and keep my mother entertained while I had my head spa service done. And the head spa service was just amazing. Top three experiences of my life. Yun Le was wonderful – just so accommodating and kind and made the whole experience great. I’m not from the area but if I’m ever going to be again I will definitely come back and have it again. Absolutely amazing – mind blown! Thanks so much for the awesome day, y’all!

The scalp rejuvenation package was excellent. The spa is great. However, I would NOT recommend the blow out add-on. The person that does your blow out are not the stylists or someone who is experienced in blowing hair out. Me and my friend had the blow out after the scalp treatment and the person I had was clumsy and unskilled with blowing hair out- burning my scalp with the dryer and his fingers kept poking my eye and ear. It was very frustrating. In the end, my hair was so flat, no volume. My friend had a girl that did not give any volume to her blow out either. We could tell they were complete amateurs, which is disappointing because we are paying for a professional blowout service so why are we not getting professional blowout service?

I really loved the concept of this place. I enjoyed the services I received. I was the only one there which was nice..but the reason I gave it 3 stars because of 2 drawbacks. I got the ultimate package which included a mini cleansing facial a mini massage and the scalp massage. After a semi relaxing experience The last thing you wanna do is get up and go blow dry your own hair. I thought that was a big drawback. The second major draw back for me was when I was receiving the scalp service, I found myself freezing cold. The warm water on my head and the temperature differences around made this unpleasant for me. My focus shifted from relaxation to OMG I’m cold. I want this part to be over.

Saw videos floating around on TikTok and so happy my friend found this place in Johns Creek. The whole experience: amazing!!! Relaxing! The head message was so soothing that one hour flew by so fast. You won’t regret your experience here! Now the reason for the 3 star: I made an appointment with a friend. My friend and I both chose different packages. We did have to put a $50 deposit. When it was time to pay, the receptionist assumed it was okay if we both just paid $xx.xx. I left the spa confused why he charged us the same amount when my friend chose a different package that cost more and he charged me $5 more than what my package cost. I called the salon to question the total and the receptionist explained he did not think it would be a problem if we just got charged the same. So basically my friend got a deal while I got charged more.

Do not walk… run to Doremi Salon and the head spa! My experience there was amazing! It was my first time, and I don’t get very many massages or facials normally. Mimi was amazing! She made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The spa area smelled so good and all the products used were awesome. Get the 90 minute package, and you will not be disappointed! Sarah at the front was so sweet and fun too! I also got a blow out afterwards which was great! I will definitely be going back!

At first I was a little hesitant to book bc I have curly kinky hair, but this place is great. The staff is friendly! I booked the scalp rejuvenation with MiMi. She took great care of my hair and scalp. This place was like a piece of heaven on earth for me. The attention my scalp needed was given plus more. At the end of the session there is a blow dry station to style and prep yourself for the rest of your day. I brought my own styling tools and products, but they have their own available for you to use if needed. I will definitely be back. 🙂

Salon Doremi is MAGICAL!!! If you’re considering going, you need to do it! I had KC, request her if you can. She was so sweet and did an amazing job. The whole experience was worth every penny. It was not only relaxing but it’s been a week and my hair and scalp still feel the healthiest they ever have (I’m talking so soft, so clean) thank you KC and Salon Doremi for such an amazing experience. I hope to come back soon!! It’s not only a full head spa but they massage your neck, shoulders, arms and back.

Going to the spa was an amazing experience! It was very relaxing. My scalp feels very fresh and it felt very clean. I would reccomend everyone try this at least once in their life. Only thing I wish was better was the communication of what was needed to be done. The lady I saw did a great job but really didn’t explain what I needed to do. She just pointed in directions and spoke very softly but I couldn’t hear a word that was said. That would be my only downside is that I wasn’t sure what was needed of me during portions of the spa treatment. Not mich explaining for someone who doesn’t go to spa treatments and doesn’t know the in and outs if these kinds of things. Great treatment buy communication and direction was lacking.
