The person who did my shellac manicure was on her phone constantly. She acted like she was annoyed to be there. I pointed something out that wasn’t right, and she snapped at me and said it’s fine. The manicure itself was sub-par. The salon itself was dirty, and I will never go back there.

Terrible customer service! Barely in chair for 30 mins. No jets running in foot tub. Zero attention to detail. At checkout was told AFTER service preformed the credit card machine wasn’t working. Had to run to ATM and come back to pay. One and done… if you are thinking about going to this place run in the other direction! Pedicure

I recently discovered SNS dip powder and cake to this salon to see if they did it. I have been going here since. It has been 4 months and every time I go, they do a fantastic job. Wonderful staff, caring, detail orientated and understanding.

service was pleasant and quick. I asked for gel (what I’m used to) but they suggested I try the dip. OK. The finished set looked great and mostly even minus one sharper corner that I easily filed down. I got compliments and loved it at first. Within the first few days 3 of my nails chipped.. little chips in the corner, until one chipped right in half. within 10 days I’ve had to remove 3 nails myself. After $40 I would expect things to last well for longer than a few days. Overall dissatisfied.

Dipping powder review (not all positive). This salon is very clean and friendly. I went in beginning of January to get my nails done before a cruise. I got their basic pedicure and dipping powder for my manicure. I enjoyed my experience when I went in to have them done and then again when I went in to have the manicure removed (free service even if you aren’t having your nails done again). The manicure lasted about 3 weeks before I started thinking about getting the dipping powder removed. The only reason I did was because my nails grew out, but no chipping! Although I loved the way it looked when I had the manicure done, my nails are still recovering from the dipping powder almost 2 months later. I had very strong, healthy nails to start. Post removal, my nails cracked and broke constantly. I have to keep cutting them back to the base. I can tell when looking at my nails where healthy new nail ends and where the rough cracking part of my nail starts. Obviously this isn’t the salon’s fault, it’s the service I requested. Just wanted to let others know my experience with dipping powder. I was looking for reviews on it before I went and didn’t find much, so I wanted to share for others that are wondering. No problems with the basic pedicure and it lasted about a month before it got chipped.

After my first visit for manicure I would have rated 5 stars because the price was reasonable, they did a very nice job on my French dip powder manicure, it was relaxing, fast, and friendly! However, after my second visit, I have to rate 4 stars. I went for a pedicure, but first they had to remove my previous shellac pedicure. Instead of filing and soaking my polish off, they PEELED it off with a nail tool which I’ve never had any salon do. Every salon I’ve ever been to says not to peel shellac off, so I’m surprised they removed it this way. It was slightly painful especially since I had a crack in my big toe nails. I had to tell her to stop because she didn’t seem to notice the cracks; she was essentially pulling my nail with the shellac. Other than that, the rest of the pedicure went well.

I got my first pedicure done here and my experience was amazing. The back room where they bring you to do your pedicure is so relaxing with calming music and comfortable massage chairs. The lady who did my nails was so kind and did an awesome job. Will definitely go back when I’m in Mequon next.
