Chelsea was incredible. It was my first time having her cut my hair and I was worried because I’ve had the same person cut my hair for years but she’s no longer in town. She sent some directions for Chelsea and Chelsea followed them to perfection. After having her cut my hair, I’m sure Chelsea didn’t need directions and could’ve done a great job without them, but it was nice that she humored me so I would feel comfortable having her cut my hair. On a more personal note, she is a really sweet person who takes an interest in her clients. MUG is so fortunate to have her as the manager at the Chandler location!

I usually went to Dana Park location haircuts was great from Angela went to the store and it is completely gone so I went to this location got in right away stylist took me back and seem to be in an aggravated type mood. I told her what kind of haircut I would like and she just seemed very confused, I said I wanted to undercut the number one on the sides. It may be like an inch off the top and I cut my hair back pretty simple but she couldn’t get it. Just kept asking questions over and over. Why do I like that type of haircut what is it that I like about it , I had to look up a picture on the Internet and show her then she felt insulted when I said, do you know what an undercut is she said that she was trained very qualified and knew exactly where the undercut was. Then I said then why are we cutting my hair yet in five minutes look at my notes I don’t know so I have to going back-and-forth again. I just told her forget it and I left the store. I will never return there again or at least not for her horrible

I love the way you are treated by the staff. I used to go to the low cost places and you never got the same stylist so you didn’t know how the cut would look like, but sine I have been going with Nicole for the last 3 years, I won’t go anywhere else. I set an appointment and I don’t have to wait around until someone is available! I loved MUG ❤️

Tried to go in there like 10 minutes before closing and no I didn’t need a full hair, just a small quick beard trim, there a customer leaving and no one else there and they said they weren’t taking anybody anymore, guess they don’t want a little extra money before they close, oh well, I went to a different hair place on arizona called fadez something and got a trim in there.

Would not recommend. Extremely disappointed; I really don’t know what the stylist did. Basically buzzed my son’s hair underneath and then left all the hair on top of uneven length and quite a mess. It’s a really bad haircut, looks like it was done in an extremely hurried and haphazard manner; no care was taken to cut and style, and there’s nothing much he can do other than wait for it to grow out. The only other option to fix this is to get a buzz cut. Quite upsetting.
