Went here for the first time today to get a cut from Sami. I don’t know why there are any negative reviews for this place or Sami. Sami was very nice, professional, listened to my request and gave me a great cut. She even had a few little suggestions to make my hair look better. I used to go to another, “barbershop” in the area, and here is more personable and less expensive. I am glad I tried somewhere new, and will be returning when I can!

Horrible service. They did not do what I wanted at all. The woman who cut my hair was Mary. Do not get her. She had a big attitude when I was respectfully trying to figure out how to fix up my hair to what I wanted. I even showed her pictures of previous haircuts and specifically described what I wanted. She was bad at listening and was also bad at conversation which made it awkward. Overall a huge ripoff for $30

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMy husband goes here and loves these ladies!I had made an appointment at The Barbershop for my sons haircut and upon arrival (failed to mention anything about masks period over the phone during appointment making) they said they wouldn’t service him unless he wore a mask the whole time. Problem is, my son is 1. I said he’ll put it on but will likely pull it off at some point. At that point, those girls said well they’d start it but would refuse to continue if he pulled it off. Gonna do half a haircut? Might as well just not service kids then? Should also add: they also made my 4 year old cry with their immense rudeness. Anyway in a super last minute panic I decided to call Men’s Hair House (explained my previous situation) to see if they could squeeze my son in without an appointment (at the very end of the day) and they said get here when you can and we’ll make sure he’s taken care of! And these ladies did not disappoint! All very nice and welcoming ladies (as did a fabulous job!)
