Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe stylists here don’t understand the concept of professionalism or accommodating the customer. I went in after work one day without an appointment at 6:30pm and was told they were booked until close despite a stylist appearing to be sitting doing nothing. I scheduled an appointment the following day. I called and informed them I would be ten minutes late because I got held up at work and was told they would cancel my appointment if I was more than five minutes late…bottom line is this place sucks and I’ll never go back. The stylists here don’t understand the concept of professionalism or accommodating the customer. I went in after work one day without an appointment at 6:30pm and was told they were booked until close despite a stylist appearing to be sitting doing nothing. I scheduled an appointment the following day. I called and informed them I would be ten minutes late because I got held up at work and was told they would cancel my appointment if I was more than five minutes late…bottom line is this place sucks and I’ll never go back. Critical: ProfessionalismI have been going to this location for years. I loved my stylist (but she’s not there now). On my way to an appointment I called because I got stuck in traffic. I’ll be a couple minutes late and they said ok. When I get there the 4 people standing behind the desk and the stylist says….well I can rush to cut your hair and not do a good job because you’re late or you can wait another hour and a half. I left because I obviously I didn’t want a “rushed” and pre-admitted bad hair-cut. I called the manager and she says we have a 5 minute policy and you were later than that. I’ve never heard or read about their alleged 5 minute policy. If that was the case they should have said something when I called. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueLooking for a new hair stylist and was reading a lot of positive reviews about Dana.
