The owners are horrible and don’t respond back to employees and customers, they rip off employees on their paychecks and don’t pay what they are earned. They required one employee to change their whole schedule to fit their needs but don’t require this of everyone, only one specific employee, mind you this person had specific schedule set up with mens hair house because she had a young daughter to take care of by herself. Poor management and poor ownership. They can’t respond back when an employee is owed money from working, instead they call the cops. See screenshots for text messages below

If I could give this place a 0 I would. They know weddings and prom are coming up and they had no help and they yelled at customers. Nope never again. I will say corporate office was amazing and agreed no one should ever be treated like that. So we went to kohls. Less expensive and looked great.
