Went 3 days before my wedding with a long fresh canvas for the stylist to make look nice. It was already styled to how I comb it and my beard i wanted to be shaped. The stylist butchered my hair and then blamed my past stylists and my colic for her mess up. She cut my sides to the point of not being able to comb them. My beard she took down with a #3. I had to have a family member try and fix my hair the day of our wedding. Before she started i specifically told her it was for my wedding and if she wasn’t comfortable I’d goes elsewhere. Her response was “sir I’ve been doing this along time”. I came home to my wife asking if a 4yr old cut my hair with safety scissors.

Absolutely love this place. We have gone to several places only to be disappointed in the way they cut my sons hair. After moving up here a few years ago and trying this place out we won’t go anywhere else to have their hair cut. Very good with young children and such a comfortable environment.

I’ve come to this location a lot over the past 4 years or so. The staff has always been professional and I’ve always liked the haircut I’ve received. I unfortunately can’t see my past appointments online, so I can’t remember all of the stylists I’ve seen, but I’ve never had a bad experience.

My new go-to place. I’ve been going to Sports Clips for years but when I moved further south, the locations just weren’t as good. I saw this place and decided to give it a try. Glad I did, because I had a great experience! Great hair cut, very friendly staff, you have your own space (as opposed to an open floor type of thing), and a shampoo is included in every cut. Highly recommend!

Came there the other day to the receptionist (Sydney I believe) being berated by a customer who expected to be seated right away. People need to understand that they are very busy and an appointment is recommended. Even after the fact, I was then seated by Olivia and had one of the best haircuts I’ve had. She was very positive and we talked about familiar interests in music and other hobbies and she lit up. I will be coming back to visit these ladies very soon.

I had an excellent experience at the new Men’s Hair House in Oak Creek. After a few poor experiences at another nearby establishment I was excited to see the “Now Open!” sign at the Hair House. Upon entering I was greeted by one of the stylists (not badgered by 4 trying to get a client). She kindly welcomed me and gave a brief but helpful outline of the offerings. I really enjoyed the ambiance and the style of the establishment. The half-wall stalls made me feel like I was the center of attention instead of the bullpen style at other places. My stylist was very helpful and attentive to my vague request and did a wonderful job. I was very pleased with my experience and I am extremely happy to have access to an online appointment program. 5/5 highly recommend.
