First time going in this place. As you can tell from pictures that the high fade is pretty messed up. I understand fades can be challenging for some and hopefully this can be an opportunity for employees to work on their weaknesses. Now I have to spend for 2 haircuts to get this fixed. Most likely will not be returning. Hairdresser was very polite and I have no hard feelings against her.

Not what I wanted. I showed the stylist a picture of what I wanted, and what I got is definitely not it. Also had a beard trim. I asked her to keep the length and just clean up the strays. She took off nearly an inch of my beard and left random long hairs. She also never offered the hot towel, shampoo or massage. I’ll go somewhere else in the future and pay $15 less for a better quality haircut.

Went in for a haircut, almost left after meeting the stylist. Awful attitude and clearly didn’t want to be working. Told her I only wanted a clean up rather than a haircut after meeting her. Probably the worst experience I ever had at a barber shop, the lady took forever to do my hair which normally does not, my hair in the back of my head and the top does not look well done at all, looks like I have a little patch of hair on the top of my head now, didn’t finish my haircut or WASH my hair and blamed me for coming in three minutes later then my appointment time. This will be the last time I come here, my hair is messed up… I even showed her pictures of what I wanted, I didn’t get a wash of my hair and it took an hour. They even made me pay full price for a haircut that I could blindly do.

I had the worst experience getting my hair cut, I explained to the lady that I like to keep my hair LONGER and that I wanted AN INCH off the top, a bit off my neck and above my ears, she completely ignored everything I said and asked what they used last time and how short they did it, I don’t remember that stuff! When I realized that we she was cutting it too short, I stopped her and told her it’s what I wanted, she then rudely told me that she asked me what they used last time and how short it was! My haircut is nowhere near what I ask for and the employees are very rude, I would not recommended this place anyone!

The worst experience for my teenage son for a simple haircut. Uneven hair, random long pieces hanging, choppy. Unprofessional. He is embarrassed to be in public, refuses to go back there to get them to fix it, and we are trying to find another place to undo the damages after our wasted $30. Haircut

Normally I enjoy my haircut from Men’s Hair House but right before my vacation my hair stylist was much more about talking and much less about paying attention. I believe her name was Dawn. Lovely person but needs to focus on what a client would like to receive than trying to chat up a storm. In short usually a great experience but today was essentially very very bad hair day.
