Do not use this location!!! Multiple instances of inappropriate attitudes and unacceptable policy’s with regards to appointments. Online scheduling shows an appointment timeframe (eg 3:40-4:00pm time slot) when arriving within the timeframe but later than 7mins per snotty person at the desk, my already $25 haircut now doesn’t include rinsing because I’m 7mins late. I’ve been incredibly patient with stylists at this location messing up my cut and talking to other stylists while performing my haircut. I do not recommend this location after many terrible experiences!!!

I feel like it’s hit and miss depending on who is cutting your hair. The price is around average. I wish they were a bit more customer oriented. I haven’t had a bad haircut, but some times I feel like their is more to be desired.

Went here in a pinch between haircuts and… I am thoroughly impressed. Friendly staff and my haircut looks like someone who know there way around a scissors did it. Will definitely be back if I get in a bind again.

Bad Haircut, had Shelley, explained what I wanted and she ignored the request. Was a simple cut, literally a trimmed version of what I had. Some chunks were longer, some were shorter, and my widows peak was a full inch shorter than the rest. When she realized it wasn’t what I asked for she was rude and rushed me out. Wife asked if I enlisted and the barber was blind. Literally go anywhere else.

Poor haircut. Brought my son in as he has longer hair and they advertise they do this type of cut. He just needed to have about half of the length taken off as it was getting a bit long. The girl that cut his hair did an awful job. He told her several times that it was a good length and to stop cutting, but, she kept “trimming” to the point that she cut ALL of his hair off. Years of him growing his hair out and she cut it all off. And to top it off, it wasn’t even cut straight. Maybe she is new, but if you can’t do longer haircuts please don’t advertise that you do. We will not be back.

The worst out of all the Men’s House of hair! Tried to give him another try, with a different style list and the same end result were what I feel below standards in the industry. Also, they do not answer their phones when you try to make it an appointment! In 3 days I had tried to call and schedule an appointment. Each day no one answered the phone! I would advise if you like the franchise go to the Brookfield one.
