Critical: ProfessionalismWell can’t review their service cause I never got a chance to set up and appointment. The lady they have answering the phones was extremely rude. She answered with a “hello” then I asked if this was mens grooming and she responded “apparently” in a very unfriendly tone. I just assumed I had the wrong number and hung up. Called a different number on the site and got the same lady.. I’ve heard good things about the actual service but I couldn’t even set that up without experiencing the horrid phone service.
