I’ve never had an experience like this in my life. I’m utterly disappointed. My friend and I both made appointments to get full set of acrylic nails expecting to pay between 50-60 dollars for the service. When we sat in the chairs the process began smoothly and the staff was kind and respectful… as soon as it came time to apply the acrylic they told us that they do not do acrylic nails because it is bad for the nails and that they only do “gel extensions”. I looked over at my friend and her nail tech was brushing a thin liquid on her nail and when she put it under the lamp, my friend complained of severe pain. My nail tech scooped a thicker gel out of a bottle and put two coats on my nail before the lamp which also cause me a lot of pain. At this point my friend began asking questions. She asked how much her total was and the tech said that it was 80 dollars and continued to make up random prices for the designs with a service totaling in 120 dollars, more than double the price of the expected price to begin with. They began arguing with us telling us that this was normal, and this was like this at every place in the area. When we threatened to walk out and leave that’s when they said they can magically do the acrylic that we originally asked for. At this point my friend and i did not trust them with our nails and ended up leaving. We for sure won’t be going back or recommending this place to anyone.

The place I normally go to was all booked up so I decided to give this place a try. I thought everything was going well and that my nails were coming out just fine. Once I was done, I paid $50 and left. As soon as I stepped outside in broad daylight I can see how clumpy my nails were from the nail polish which I didn’t notice when I was inside the salon. I stepped right back into the nail salon I spoke to the guy in the front and he gets on his phone I guess to call the owner to see what they can do for me. I told the guy I didn’t want any gel polish on my nails at all because I was so upset with the way my nails looked and I just wanted them to remove the polish and give me a partial refund. He then told me I can’t get any sort of refund and the only thing they can do for me is remove the polish and add a new color for me. They told me the color I had picked in the first place was running out which is something they should’ve told me from the very beginning if they noticed the paint bottle was not full with polish. I agreed to change the color of the polish and have the old paint removed. I sat back down with the same guy who did my nails in the first place. As I’m paying attention more now I notice streaks that he’s leaving on my nails once again. At the point I’m getting frustrated and I asked him once again to remove the polish and start over. He looked annoyed and bothered with me the entire time. I left the salon with my nails looking okay. I am still very upset i spent $50 on my nails when they look like they are worth $5. I will never come back here and I will never tell any of my friends and family to come here.

Used to love coming here for powder gel manicures. Came back for the first time in a year, and my manicure was just decent. The person doing my nails was hurting me with the spin file. He burned me on every single nail, and I had bleeding cuts on 4 nails. The tech also reeked of cigarettes. Pretty disappointed, thinking about finding a new place.
