Pretty disappointed. The massage was average and i left with my back still hurting. I was asked to pay more than what we agreed on through the phone and was asked to give $30 tip. I was happy to tip but i didn’t really like the demanding tone.

Had a terrible experience today. I had an appointment scheduled but when I arrived no one was around. I waited 15m before someone came out from one of the massage rooms and told me I would have to wait another 20m! A masseuse then came out at 1:35pm and said she’d be able to take me in. The massage was average, definitely not worth the $90 I paid (without tip)! The worst part is… I left smelling like cooking oil! I don’t know what kind of massage oil the masseuse used but it smelt horrible. Had to rush back home to shower. Not going back!

This is my second visit to Menlo Wellness Spa and I’ll be back for more! I’ve enjoyed a 90-minute swedish massage with Nancy, and just had a 60-minute deep tissue massage with Mandy, who targeted my problem areas and worked out every knot. Great value, gracious staff, and skilled massage therapists. FYI, the building is small and easy to miss, but don’t!

I’ve been regularly going for pregnancy massages and they were all amazing!! Jenny, Nancy they are all great!! My husband has also been a couple of times for deep tissue and loved it! Best place in South Bay! Would recommend to anyone!! They are always nice, and provide the best care!

My message therapist was “Sara” . The price is affordable but the main reason why I provided a low rating was because I felt a little uncomfortable on the bed. I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage. When she started working on my lower body, I was completely revealed. I did not say anything because it did not appear that she spoke much English. Typically, all therapist tuck the bed sheet underneath the other leg so your private parts are not revealed but she just reveals your entire backside. That was tolerable but then when she was massaging, she brushed my genitalia and I did not like that. The quality of the massage was decent. The room was clean. Needless to say, I do not think I will return. I am looking for a quality, relaxing massage, not a happy ending….
