I asked for a straighter shape, no deep arch but I still wanted my eyebrows FULL. The older lady that threads closest to the bathroom took off a chunk from the front of my brow and thinned it out extremely. She showed me in the mirror before starting the next one and I said no that’s too thin and too much taken off from the front. She got upset and started saying no no no. When she started the next one she said “hold the mirror with one hand and with the other hold your eyebrow” so that I could follow along. The other eyebrow she did better but she claims she did the same with the other when she clearly didn’t. She just didn’t want me to get upset that she ruined my eyebrow. Now, I have two different eyebrows; thinned out and uneven. And at check out she still asked me for a tip. No tip, I shouldn’t have even paid for the poor service but I did anyway. She is the lady in the pictures, I guess her name is Pam. Never going back.

I had previously gotten my eyebrows waxed and she left them uneven and not looking clean but when I came here, they fixed my brows and they looked SO GOOD! It was so professional and the people were really nice. The place smelled really nice lol and it was really really clean. I will definitely be coming back here. I don’t know the name of the woman who made my eyebrows, but she is the best! I love my eyebrows and it had been hard to find someone who fill up my expectations, but when I went to this place, it was the best decision I took. The place is clean, she is very professional and made an excellent work in my eyebrows. Highly recommended!! You won’t be disappointed!

The women there are amazing. I have very spare brows with not a lot of shape and the woman that helped me was able to give me a lovely shape and clean, defined brows. Plus, it was relatively painless which has not always been my experience with threading. Definitely my new brow place. I highly recommend giving these ladies a try.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueIf only I could show you pictures!! I will be posting this review on yelp (you can see them there). The owner completely ruined my eyebrows. I have medium thick eyebrows that haven’t been touched in 2 months on purpose. I wanted them to be shaped and cleaned. I was clear on how I wanted them, the owner even nodded to confirm. I’ve also gone to her before (the first time I came) and she was great. I was thrilled to come back… but then today happened and she gave me 90s eyebrows. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. I cried. I felt completely helpless. It completely changed my appearance. I was in shock. I created this gmail account just to write this horrible experience in hopes that you’ll be saved of it!
