Absolutely fantastic massage on our honeymoon. Phil is a gifted massage therapist. At my request he gently coached me to “relax” through certain movements so that I could get the maximum benefit. He even set aside time afterward to recommend some strength training equipment to help promote recovery of my muscles and joints in the sticky/sore places. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in Mendocino.

On a recent trip to Mendocino, I began to have lower back pain accompanied with spasms. I booked an appointment with Laura at Mendocino Massage for a deep tissue massage and neuromuscular therapy. If I were home, I would have gone to the chiropractor for probably three weeks to receive the same amount of relief I experienced after just one session. I was able to schedule with Phil same day, which was difficultother places. Their scheduling service did not know how to pronounce Mendocino or Neuromuscular therapy, so I was not sure what type of place I was going to, since I was not greeted by the actual business on the phone. The address given was wrong (pretty sure it is actually 45085) but Phil was waiting for me in the road, expectingthat. He was very professional and knowledgeable and was able to do deep release without causing pain. I feel more relaxed mentally/emotionally/physically. It was not priced as high as other places in the area. Will go again!
