Tried to buy a gift card for Christmas and no one ever answered the phone. Unable to pick my own gift card amount on their website. After my fourth call, I got through to someone who said I could come to their location to purchase a gift card in person. When I arrived, no one was available to help me in the reception area. Waited 30 minutes for an employee to help me. My mom loves it here which is why I’m getting a gift card, but I would never come here. Not professional.
