Colleen is a phenomenal therapist! I have been dealing with back and hip pain for 2+ years after pregnancy. I have done physical therapy as well as used other good massage therapists with little to no relief. She was also able to locate trigger spots which needed attention as I cycle. After seeing Colleen, I was able to get back to business and return to my bike.
