Cupping
Cupping involves gliding or keeping stationary, plastic or silicone suction cups on the skin. Using negative pressure, the cups promote blood flow, myofascial release, and cellular repair. The discoloration caused by this modality is completely normal and will last from a few days to two weeks.
Trigger Point Therapy
Trigger point therapy, also known as myofascial release, involves using concentrated pressure over a trigger point for 30 to 120 seconds. This therapy is great for improving range of motion, alleviating pain, restoring blood flow and nutrients to the muscle and improving soft tissue imbalances.
Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic massage helps with pain relief, stress relief, injury prevention, post injury care, releasing soft tissue, and increasing blood flow. Pressure can range from light to deep tissue depending on the individuals needs.
PNF Stretching
Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation or PNF is a type of stretching that involves assisted stretching and contracting and relaxing muscles. Contracting certain muscles right before an assisted stretch serves to distract the nervous system and allow for deeper extension.
Gait and Postural Analysis
The goal of gait and postural analysis is to locate deviations from normal holding patterns. This tool is used to better identify soft tissue imbalances. The way we walk says a lot about the way our musculoskeletal system functions.

10/10 would recommend! My experience with Abby was incredible. Clean, warm, welcoming, professional environment. The atmosphere was so calming. Abby is a very talented therapist who is incredibly knowledgeable in what she does. I’ve never really been loyal to a therapist but I recommend her to everyone I know!

Abby is a great massage therapist and very knowledgeable about the body. One of the best massages I have had. She was able to use enough pressure and get at the deep tissue with her elbows. The cupping was a great extra bonus, I think it really helped my nervous system calm down for extra relaxation.

Mend Bodywork has been a game changer in my self care routine. I work a physically demanding job on top of doing a lot of activities and Abby has been amazing in helping reduce my pain. She walks you through every step which really helps me feel comfortable and relax. The space is calm and inviting and I leave feeling rejuvenated every time. I highly recommend them, you won’t be disappointed!

Just had my 2nd massage with Abby, and it’s been one of the best investments in self-care that I’ve made in a long time. I’m 65 years old and, with her help, have been able to compete in 5k races (running) virtually pain free all year. Have been to maybe a dozen massage therapists in my life, and Abby ranks up there at or near the top for both her talent at massage with immediate results but also in how she explains what’s going on & ways to avoid repeat issues like with simple exercises that you can do on your own.

12/10 recommend Abby takes all of your needs both physically and emotionally into consideration when deciding which areas of the body to focus on and give you the best results I have never had a massage where the first 10 mins were spent talking about how I am doing and where in my body I hold my stress so it was really nice to experience! It was probably the best massage I have ever had! The atmosphere is also very welcoming as they are based out of a residential property! I can’t say enough good things about this company!

I’ve been getting massages for over 10 years, and both Abby and Bryanna are some of the best therapists I’ve had. You can’t go wrong with either. As an avid cyclist and skier, they’ve been able to unwind my back and leg issues with excellent results. Highly Recommended!

Abby and Bryanna are the best! You can tell they’re passionate about what they do because they’re always learning, educating, listening and customizing each massage. I’m so glad I can trust them both to give me the pressure that I need. Theyre great at understanding root causes of soreness and always provide insight I didn’t think of. At Home tips and corrective exercises are super helpful too.
