Mena Nail Spa

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI had my main “go-to spot” for close to 10years. Sounds silly but I would always have my son tag along with me because at our old spot (next to Chubba’s) he LOVED the fish tank they had. Staff adored him. After that business sadly closed down, I decided to try out Mena’s since a BUNCH of friends recommended the place. Surprisingly my son still wanted to tag along to mommy’s eyebrow appointments. Mena’s staff was so friendly and sweet to my son. After 2 or 3 visits (since my eyebrows were done beautifully) I found out one of the workers lived in the same complex as me! Made me more comfortable for sure. After Mena’s moved to their newest location my son was over the moon excited to find out that there wasn’t a fish tank around but an actual little fish POND with beautiful friendly fish right outside their door! Was quite serendipitous to be honest ♥️ It’s been about 4 years now that I’ve been a customer at Mena’s. I now have a set of twins that also come along with me. For me it’s not just a great place for service but also like family. Staff always asking about my children & always happy to see them since they’ve watched them grow. I had my main “go-to spot” for close to 10years. Sounds silly but I would always have my son tag along with me because at our old spot (next to Chubba’s) he LOVED the fish tank they had. Staff adored him. After that business sadly closed down, I decided to try out Mena’s since a BUNCH of friends recommended the place. Critical: QualityI recently moved to the area, went to a dental appointment on 3/17 when I saw the nail salon, and decided to get a pedicure (Spa pedicure $55). The service was ok during and after. When I got home and took off my shoe, the back of my heel felt sore. I didn’t pay too much attention to it, the next day it got worse, the burning sensation turned into sharp pain, now 5 days later my heel is literally cracked and was bleeding, she didn’t file too hard so I’m guessing whatever green tea product that was tied to the back of my heel really peeled off the callus and made my skin thin. I’ve never had this issue ever. Never again. I recently moved to the area, went to a dental appointment on 3/17 when I saw the nail salon, and decided to get a pedicure (Spa pedicure $55). The service was ok during and after. When I got home and took off my shoe, the back of my heel felt sore.
