Young man , far right by wall was amazing. I did complaint aloud when the lady far left continued to take walk ins, apparently w appts, and leaving the rest waiting. I waited over an hour. The problem is that they make appts, and when those people show up, they take them first. I don’t mind, except they DONT TELL YOU that there’s going to be a long wait. After I left, there were still 5 more cuts and they kept getting bumped– especially by appts. They will lose costumers if they continue to do that practice.price went up to $35. Too expensive.

I know that cutting hair takes time, but the thing was that there were 4 people before me, and I was waiting, more people entered after me, when supposedly was my turn, they peak and choose and waited over an hour and I thought this is ridiculous, I leave with no hair cut, very bad service. Okay… so they messed up my kid’s hair big time.! We’ve been here several times and had Carola help us and she was great. Always a long wait, and some what of an attitude, but the cuts were worth it. But this time we waited 45 minutes for the place to open when they said they’d be opened at 10am, really opened at 10:45am, then it went further down hill. My kid told the guy that he wanted to trim his bangs and a four on the sides. The guy straight up stared at the top with the 4 and my kid stoped him and reminded him that he wanted to keep his hair long at the top. But the guy went in with the clippers military style and buzzed them right off. We left and went to Zeb’s instead and they managed to “fix” what was left.

Do not honor business hours. They’re not open when they say are. We waited 45 min on a Monday for them to open. A young lad that works there was also waiting for someone to open up for him. 1 star because they’re good sometimes. Hit and miss with the cuts and hours. They’ll cut others without honoring the line.
