Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe hairstylist doesn’t speak English much so sometimes when her daughter/assistant is not around, she answers the phone and some people think she is rude but she is not.I have fine hair which is very difficult to work with. I only trust her to cut and do my hair. I always drive 3 hours from where I live to her salon to get my hair straight perm. I followed her from her old salon to this new place. Critical: ProfessionalismPretty much doesn’t know how to cut hair. Asked for a simple cut. All I got was a horrible and uneven cut. Wasn’t even close to what I asked for. Claimed it was what I asked for. LOL. My hair is literally destroyed.
