Don’t waste your money. They do not have near the amenities of Hotel Hershey for basically the same price. One small “quiet room” vs Hotel Hershey where you have use of sauna, pool, restaurant, beautiful views, large rooms, restaurants etc.

Absolutely amazing experience!! Went with a girl friend and unfortunately my friends pedicure person called out sick 2 hours prior to the appointment. MeltSpa called and offered a facial instead for the same price. They were so accommodating and apologetic. Wonderful experience! Would definitely come back.

Greeted by receptionist as if she was reading a script. She asked me two questions twice because I answered them out of order. Absolutely no personal effort in communication. Taken by skin care professional into spa room and her questions and responses were completely as if written in stone. She was monotoned and when asked about different facials for my skin type she did not sit down face to face with my concerns, she actually had her back to me pulling products off the shelf telling me what she was grabbing. Also lacking in any personal conversation, no warmth. Upon leaving any other spa, my skin would feel amazing and glowing. I walked out of there with no change at all. Will NOT be going back or recommending!

I would not recommend contacting MeltSpa to prepay for someone’s services because they will botch it up. When I first called and explained I wanted to cover the cost of my mother’s services on her birthday, they first said they couldn’t do that, but I could buy an e-gift card and give it to my mother to use. I did not want to do that, because I wanted the surprise to be when she went to check out. They then said, “Oh, you can buy a gift card over the phone and we will send it over to the spa manager to apply when she checks out.” Well, that did not happen, and my mother had her services and then was charged. I called MeltSpa and they said they would refund her money and use the gift card I purchased. All the apologies in the world do not change that they ruined the surprise I had hoped to give my mother for her birthday. On account of this, I would not recommend MeltSpa, regardless of how good the actual spa services may be.

I’d give it zero if I could. Worst spa I have every been to!! They are rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional!! I was left embarrassed, if you are a spa you cater towards everyone regardless of size, race, or gender. I wanted to spend a nice day with my mom and wanted to do the whole experience, first of all the receptionists were cold, not polite whatsoever, we changed into robes well my robe was way too small (I am a big lady) my mom asked if they had any bigger ones (they do) and the lady walked in looked in one locker and goes “no” and walked out, no apology, no what can we do/is there anything we can do, cold and unapologetic, I was in tears I was so embarrassed, left to squeeze my robe closed to the point it was hard to breathe and to try to walk and sit, their relaxation lounge is not very relaxing, my facial was relaxing at first but then extremely rushed. You pay too much money for awful service! DO NOT waste your time or money! I will never be back or recommending to anyone!

Do not waste your money. Out of order shower, no brushes and other amnesties replenished. Manager unprofessional and not customer focused. Would not apply $20.00 Melt Money to my $600 dollar total because it expired 2 days ago. Would not listen to the fact we called more than five weeks ago and today was the first available appointment. I will not be back.

I got a chocolate massage as well as a chocolate and champagne facial. I had Linda as my masseuse. She was amazing! She focused on all of the areas i needed the most and was so kind! I had Jessica as my esthetician, she was also amazing! She focused on my problem areas on my skin and even helped me create a new skincare routine and gave me tips and tricks for my skin! I was very impressed with how clean everything was as well! I was so relaxed and impressed!! I will be back!!

Over a month ago made arrangements for 2 friends and me to have massages. Last minute, one of our massages was canceled because of a technician having car trouble. Offered a later appointment but couldn’t accept because of other plans. I was comped for a future appointment but, the much anticipated “spa day” was disappointing. All of our careers were in health care. I had to call a taxi once to take me to work because of issues with my garage opener. It would not occur to us, ever, not to get to work somehow. 5/3 Returned today for my service. Very nice hot stone massage. Cassandra was personable and friendly.

Very disappointed with the entire experience! We drove four hours to this appointment since we live in West Virginia. This was supposed to be something special for my mother who has stage four cancer for Mother’s Day. We scheduled a month ahead of time. We were supposed to get a manicure and pedicure each. During our manicure the receptionist named Nicole abruptly interrupted to let us know our pedicure had been canceled. She was very cold and abrasive. She said that one of us could wait on the other one while we got our pedicure but that was all that could be done since one was canceled. The best part is if you cancel your appointment within 24 hours they still make you pay full price but if Melt Spa cancels your appointment literally 5 minutes before the scheduled time “sorry about your luck!” The manager Samantha is rude as well!!!
