Melt Wax Boutique - Cheyenne, WY 82009

I popped in when I was near by a couple weeks ago and was immediately greeted by two staff, one of them Devon. I spoke with them for a moment inquiring about online booking, they assured me I could do this. I was able to navigate the site and booking and I found the staff photos and names so helpful. It was nice to be able to put face to a name. I did not end up booking online as I was booking for me and three kiddos. I called and left a message and my call was returned the next day. The person who took my information was very knowledgeable and was able to get me plus three booked for Devon back to back. I provided information and received the paperwork to my phone. Very minimal and easy to complete. Day of the appointment we were greeted and taken right back. There were four of us in the room and Devon was a pro navigating around us. I encouraged each of my children to speak for themselves with Devon about what they were looking for as well as utilize Devon’s experience and expertise. Each of us got the look we wanted with the wax and then trimming. Wax was perfect temperature and good material, no rash, irritation or hairs left behind for any of us. Will use again.
