Wow is all I can say! I walked out there feeling like a new person and all my stress gone! I only got a facial and the shoulder , arm , hand and neck massage that comes with it and I feel so much less tension in my upper body! Will be coming back!! I highly, highly recommend this place. My wife and I had a very relaxing experience with our couples massage. My wife is 6 months pregnant and they were very accommodating, she very much enjoyed her prenatal massage. The atmosphere is great and the staff did a great job. It is a little pricey compared to similar establishments but well worth it.

Had a terrible massage here today. Giving 2 stars only because the facility seemed nice and clean. This was a prenatal massage. I am 25 weeks pregnant and my back has been hurting so much. I was very much looking forward to this massage but it was a huge disappointment. It basically felt like the therapist was just petting me and rubbing oil around. There was no pressure or firmness behind it at all. When I asked her to go harder, she said she couldn’t because it could “induce labor.” There is no evidence or research that supports this. I believe there *could* be specific pressure points (like near the ankles) to avoid but. otherwise, giving a firm massage will not put me into labor. My husband rubs my back every night with much more firmness and I have been just fine. I also verified with all of my friends/family that have had prenatal massages and this was not their experience—their therapist used much more pressure. It was frustrating that the therapist didn’t listen to what I want and insisted that she knew what was best for me and my body, especially when I spent over $100 for this massage. I know my body and I know how much pressure I can take. It seems like this place has good reviews for other services, I would just highly recommend avoiding this place for a prenatal “massage.”

My husband & I (mid 60’s) have never had massages, so after telling our daughter & son-in-law this we were surprised when a gift certificate from Melt Spa & Massage showed up in our in-box! Our daughter, who lives in West Virginia, did a lot of research and found the reviews here to be excellent. Our birthdays gift certificate was for a couples massage and it was easy to book our appointment and make it work with our schedule. The facility was beautifully decorated, smelled amazing, and was very comfy. The staff, starting at the front desk, was very pleasant, helpful, polite. No one tried up-selling or pressuring for more services or memberships, etc. Our masseuses were Rudy & Rebecca and both did amazing jobs. I knew I carried a lot of tension but didn’t realize how much and once Rudy finished with me I felt so much better. He was very good at working out all of my knots and tension. My husband was really impressed with what a good job Rebecca did and said he’d highly recommend her. They have a very nice selection of services. I can’t believe we waited so long but will definitely be regular customers!

I had the best experience today at Melt Spa & Massage. The front desk staff was very friendly, my massage therapis Tonja did a fantastic job. She asked me what I was needing her to focus on, the pressure I wanted her to apply and needless to say she nailed. I will be back and highly recommend Melt and will be doing that with all my friends and family.

I really wanted to enjoy this massage, but unfortunately I did not. I’m giving one star based on the lovely ambiance of the waiting area, and the nice ladies in the front. The therapist talked the entire massage, and the conversation was awkward. I’ve never had a therapist talk to me during a massage other than to ask me if I’m ok or to give me instructions to switch positions. Even when I gave short answers to cut the conversation, he would come up with another weird question to ask. I also asked for medium pressure, and it seems that he got more intense with the pressure the longer the massage went especially in the neck area. I was a little sore the next day in the neck. Not sure I’ll be back.

I was having extreme pain in my back and finally decided to see if a massage would help. I called and was able to get in quickly with Moriah. She was very thorough when asking questions about my pain and the location. The massage was awesome, and I finally have relief after a week of excruciating pain! The girls at the front were friendly as well. And even though I didn’t have any, the snacks and drinks are a bonus! Highly recommend!

My prenatal massage with Moriah was great, and she was super sweet! But the front desk interaction was possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and almost left me in tears and walking out the door before my massage.
