I originally started going to Melt for massages. Their Massage Therapists are absolutely phenomenal, but Melt’s hidden gem is their Esthetician, Nicole! I am not exaggerating when I say she’s taken my skin to an entirely new dimension! Nicole is extremely knowledgeable, recommending an outstanding personalize care routine and creating an incredible treatment plan to meet my needs and goals. I had my first round of Microneedling recently and the results have been immediate. I have a pesky large pore (As my four-year-old nephew states, “What’s that hole on your face?”) and it has already noticeably diminished in size! I can’t wait until I complete the entire round in a few months. I know the results and maintenance plan will be outstanding under Nicole’s expertise! Oh, and did I mention beyond her subject matter expertise Nicole is F.U.N.!!! Trust me, book an appointment today!

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI work in a really harsh physical environment and am clueless about skin care, so I was really hopeful when I went to see Nicole. She did not disappoint! Not only did my face feel absolutely detoxified after seeing her, but she was really helpful in suggesting not just products, but what my skin needed overall. I felt educated and excited to start a new regime of self care for my face. It didn’t hurt seeing the most amazing massage therapist, Calli, afterwards either. You girls make me feel like a princess. Not only did my face feel absolutely detoxified after seeing her, but she was really helpful in suggesting not just products, but what my skin needed overall. Somayina was excellent. She listened, targeted the right muscles, was intuitive with body response, offered advice and applied relaxing, yet solid technique. Definitely recommend her to anyone who is experiencing discomfort caused by long hours by computer.

Had the gentleman’s facial the other day and felt like I should let everyone know. I am a regular Melt client and I can’t say enough nice things about the spa and staff. Calli is a fabulous therapist and the space just feels right! Decided to splurge and try the men’s facial. Nicole was very professional but also made me feel at ease. I have only ever had one other facial, so I am not an expert by any means. It was calming, cozy and I loved the aromas of the various lotions and scrubs. Nicole explained each product and tool – ultra-sonic spatula etcetera before starting each portion of the service. I have a short beard and boy does it feel clean and soft. Skin looks and feels super. If you’re thinking you deserve a treat, I would highly recommend trying a facial.

The 60 minute Swedish massage was remarkably satisfying and Somayina was remarkably friendly, accommodating, and professional. Not only is she very skilled at her craft and the massage felt incredible but she made me feel comfortable as a nervous and insecure first timer by making easy conversation and communicating about my needs, such as when I said I’m ticklish in some areas she adjusted to avoiding tickling while not neglecting the muscles in that area. I left my session feeling not only physically relieved but listened to and emotionally connected. Talk about therapeutic. I don’t normally leave reviews but this was just the best. Not only is she very skilled at her craft and the massage felt incredible but she made me feel comfortable as a nervous and insecure first timer by making easy conversation and communicating about my needs, such as when I said I’m ticklish in some areas she adjusted to avoiding tickling while not neglecting the muscles in that area.
