So i have long hair and went in to get it trimmed a inch. Pretty simple but one of their older workers completely butchered my hair. They cut it in a straight line in the back instead of taking the natural shape and trimming it up. The prices are okay but i needed to get a real haircut after just so it looks good again. Also my hair has natural curls at the end of my hair and they used a blowdryer brush to “get rid of my flips”. They spent 20 mins burning my scalp and hair rolling it even when i said it was fine. I will not recommend going if the old women is cutting hair. Maybe the other ones are decent but she should not be doing hair when she has 0 ideal what she is doing.
