Karol Ann is absolutely fabulous – she’s been cutting my hair for 7 years and does an absolutely amazing job (and I have super thick hair, not the easiest to work with!). Online booking is easy too. I have known Karolann, Naomi, and Amanda for years, and trust all 3 of them to do whatever they feel is best for my hair. They are incredibly talented, kind, and honest, and will make you feel like you are the most important, beautiful person. I can honestly say she saved my hair from the damage I had caused doing my own at-home coloring. I always book my full year appointments at the beginning of each calendar year and even though I went 20 weeks last year without seeing her due to COVID, I would never trust my hair to anyone else (nor will I ever touch it again myself, lol). It was wonderful to visit her brand new salon this weekend – it is bright and welcoming, the parking is easy (a good thing for sure since it’s in Schoen Place) and the experience is everything I am use to, but without the stuffy ambience of her former salon. I can honestly say she saved my hair from the damage I had caused doing my own at-home coloring.
