I’m just going to start by saying that I initially arrived with plans of receiving a 90 minute massage. Once we started, Melanie worked her magic so well that I just had to switch to the 120 minute massage! Melanie is not just a masseuse- she is a massage THERAPIST that will assess your body and your needs, then massage accordingly. She let me know exactly where I was the most tense and gave me exactly what I needed to walk out of there feeling 10 pounds lighter. She recommended “cupping”. It was my first time and I was super nervous but I trusted her and I was not disappointed. It relieved so much of the tension in my muscles. I booked this massage when I was visiting Orlando from NY and I’m definitely going to have to visit Orlando regularly just for massages at Mellow Bodywork.

My wife had a 60 minute massage and extra attention to her plantar fascitis. Melanie was fantastic. So friendly. She was attuned fully to her patient’s explanations; her subsequent treatment was appropriate, thorough and she felt immediate relief. The therapeutic environment is quiet and relaxing.
