Critical: Quality, ValueI would NOT recommend Melissa’s hair studio in Berrien Springs. I went to Lindsey the daughter and I asked for her to bleach blonde my hair and most of my hair was already all blonde but the roots, by the end of my appointment my hair was very yellow. She then told me I can come back in a week and she would fix it for free. So next week came around I called 3 different days all different times (while they were open) I never got to speak with anyone nor was my voicemail ever returned. I would NOT recommend Melissa’s hair studio in Berrien Springs. I went to Lindsey the daughter and I asked for her to bleach blonde my hair and most of my hair was already all blonde but the roots, by the end of my appointment my hair was very yellow.
