I scheduled an appointment in November for micro braids. My original appointment was for 9:15 for 1/16/23. The stylist rescheduled me for 1/14 @ 7:00. She didn’t touch my hair until 8:26. She was double booked and halfway through head i was given a “break” so she could style another client for over an hour. Who does braids and doesn’t dip in hot water and apply mousse to finished style? My hair was completed at 3:45! A service that should have been 5bl hours max was almost 9 hours. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere that values customer service.
