I was contacted 5 minutes prior to my appointment as I was standing outside the door, that there was a scheduling issue & could I please return an hour later. Although I received an apology, this is not a practice where I would want to better myself of when the person who is supposed to guide can’t keep track of their own schedule. Extremely disappointed as I placed other things on hold for the day to make this appointment. Unprofessional
