I’ve been seeing Chao now for a little over two years once every couple of months and the results on my overall body and mind health have been outstanding. As someone who carries a lot of tension from sitting at a desk for hours, sometimes hunched over and unaware, I’ve benefited from Chao’s services tremendously. Over the past 4-5 years, I’ve been dealing with some minor disc herniation which transfers over to (manageable) hip pain. If I’m ever feeling more pronounced pain, and the usual stretch or Yoga class can’t remedy, I immediately schedule an appointment with Chao, and each time, he fixes me right up. You will feel rejuvenated, refreshed, and invigorated every time. He’s detail-oriented and wants you to feel better. And I must say, I’ve improved significantly.Meliora Health Spa is simply the BEST! I went twice to this place. The first time was an absolutely the best experience I ever had. The second time I went however the woman that did my massage was to rough. I told her and she lighten up but still manage to be more aggressive than I thought was necessary. She was really fast and like in a hurry to give me my massage and did not make my experience relaxing at all. When I got ready to go I was not please in how I felt. I went to pay her the 58 dollars for the hr session and only left her a 3 dollar tip because I was dissatisfied with how my massage went. However the woman kept on at me until I gave her 15 dollars in tip the total session coasted me 73 dollars for an unpleasant visit. I did not want to be rude or disrespectful so I just paid and left thinking not to return again. It has been 3 days now and I have had nothing but back pain and neck pain ever since my visit with her. Noting like the visit I had the first time with the other lady. I will not be going back and now I wonder having experiencing all this neck and back pain what to do about the situation. Hope this review helps someone else in making their decision before stopping in. I am praying that my neck and back pain goes away soon or I will return and ask what in the world did she do to me.

Very good deep tissue massage. It was just what I needed. I had been experiencing some low back tension and pain. Without me mentioning it to the guy who was doing my massage, he mentioned my lower back and worked on it extensively. After he was done I could bend over with no pain. It was a great experience.

Hello I have had good experiences with the relaxing massages from this place however when it’s time to pay I put in $3 tip she erases it out of the debit machine points to the counter and says 15% so I put in $5 but hell I’m already paying u $50 I shouldn’t be forced to give u any more than what I wanna give.
