This (Mother & daughter) Salon does great work however, they have NOOO customer service skills. The mother is very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL and always tries to act so spiritually. She is not a women of GOD. If you plan to get your hair done by the daughter… Be prepared to sign a contract. Hair extensions

Everybody should have a stylist that LOVES to do hair. When they LOVE to do hair it is shown through there Work. Melinda And Her Mom Are the best in the City Of Boston. The work is consistent. They Very professional, very involved with the clients hair, natural etc. Melinda provides you with Tips on how to maintain any style you may have. God has truly blessed them, and gave them gifts to share to the world. I can go on on. But book ya appointment and u will be happy- 🙂

I have been going to Melinda for a while now and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my sew ins. I also purchased the SEA collection from Melinda in the inches 16,18,20 over a month ago. Honestly, this is the best hair that I have ever had. This hair looks great straightened as well as in its natural state. I have washed this hair multiple times and have experienced minimal shedding. I highly recommend purchasing this hair from her! It’s my new go to!!!

Melinda was late getting started on my hair but I watched her work and she is a perfectionist! The young woman before me looking beautiful. Melinda didn’t speak much but was very professional. I was there very late because of her going over my head multiple times before letting me out of the chair. Trust me its something you want out of a stylist. Looking forward to my next appointment. Also her Indian hair is EVERYTHING. Great quality and thick.

The mother who is co-owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. The daughter who also does hair can also come off a little cold & reserved but is nicer. These women do a wonderful job on hair, I’ve gotten 2 sew-ins(versatile/traditional) & I looked great. I’ve also seen a great job done with customized wigs/frontals) My first install held up great even after 2 months and I could’ve kept it longer. Yet after my second visit with an appointment with the mother I don’t think I’ll be going back if it’s not with Melinda(daughter & through their genbook account). The mother threw around one of my bundles like it was nothing(because there wrte a few pieces as it was another install), had me find/do my own middle part, & had me passing her hair & when I didn’t have it ready like a damn assistant she exclaimed “your slowing me down!”. She also tried to pick a fight with her daughter in the salon with customers there(very unprofessional)

I wrote a very long review then decided not to post. To keep it short, FREDELINE is very rude! I’ve visited her salon several times since Labor Day 2015. She’s unpredictable in her moods, talks down to you and acts like she’s doing you a favor by doing your hair. I wouldn’t recommend going as an alternative to her daughter Melinda. If you can’t book Melinda go somewhere else. Fredeline does good work but she’s not worth the disrespect. Today, I experienced the worst of the rudeness and I will never return!!

After readying the bad reviews I should’ve stayed away. The women in this place are unbelievably disrespectful. I never received an email or call back (mind I left 2messages). When I finally went into the salon to speak with someone i received the most meanest looks I wanted to run. I was greeted as if I was aggravating them by being present. It’s sad how such talented women can look at people as if u need them not the other way around. They must’ve forgotten how their lights stay on. would never step foot in that place again. Disgusting behavior!
