Melissa is very unprofessional! She makes her clients wait one to two hours and doesn’t care about wasting their time. She also did a weave for my daughter which cost over $300.00. The next day it started to come out. When I called her about repairing it she made excuses as to why she couldn’t meet me. I would strongly recommend NOT giving her your business. Dianes in New Castle is a great hair shop. Try her!! You will be treated with respect.
