This is my first experience at body sculpting. I put on a couple pounds and it all went to my waist. I wanted to try and lose a few inches and fat from my belly all while I start my workout routine and the body sculpting to help. It definitely gave me the step I needed. I’m currently on my 5th going on 6th session and I am obsessed! Of course you too have to do some work to meet the process halfway. Exercise lightly or to your desire atleast 2x a week and clean eating!!!! No diet, just better food choices. Every session I see more and more results! Melbis is patient, explains EVERYTHING and focuses on the tools that you really need depending on the progress she’s seeing. You may get wood therapy one visit and not the next, but that proves she knows what tools to use and where to concentrate and what tool she needs for that session. The best part is the price for 8 sessions!!! I’ve been doing my homework for body sculpting in the Atlanta area for quite sometime and the prices are absolutely ridiculous for only 2 of the 4-5 machines Melbis uses!!! She doesn’t rush you out either. Although sessions are technically an hour give or take, I’ve never finished under an hour. She really takes her time with you. I can’t wait to finish my sessions and see my final results! I’ll keep going back to her just for maintenance. So if you’re looking for clean, reasonable prices, and real results this is your girl! She’s snatched too, not to mention very sweet and makes sure you’re always comfortable! Ya’ll go get right wi the her for the summer!
