Critical: QualityMy daughter went to get her haircut today. She showed a picture of how she wanted it. She DID NOT get what she wanted. The picture she showed has several layers and she got 2 layers. Aside from that, she was charged $35 “because of the length of her hair” when they literally cut off MAYBE 2 inches. If she would’ve gotten what she asked for I wouldn’t mind paying the $35. My daughter mentioned to me the hairdresser had 2 other appts after her and she felt as though she was rushing to get them in the chair. My daughter’s appt was at 4 and wasn’t seated until 4:20ish. Just like she made my daughter wait, the hairdresser should’ve made the others wait as well and given my daughter the time deserved to have her hair done properly. I will fix her hair at home myself. I had originally planned to go and have mine and my other 2 daughters’ hair cut as well, but we will not be going here. If you want theatrical or fun colors for your hair, you need to go to Lola! I’ve had funky colored hair for years, and she is one of the better colorists I’ve been to; even mixed me up a custom color when the shades they had on hand weren’t quite what I was looking for.

I have went here for 12plus years and will not return after today , I made a appointment for perm on my long hair and waited all week and I didn’t even get a courtesy call they left a automatic voice mail tell me that they cancelled my appointment 30 minutes prior because the hair stylist doesn’t know how to do a perm , so why did I get scheduled a week ago if you can’t do a perm ? Lack of professionalism in that call was very disappointing !!! Guess I shouldn’t be surprised
