I enjoyed my entire experience! I met Her at an expo where I purchased the most comfortable lounge set. Great quality! I went to get a facial soon after and she did not disappoint! Needless to say…. I will be back! I don’t live in south Florida, but I will make sure when I return I will Be returning. Great customer service. The young lady at the reception desk was amazing as well. Loved my experience and can’t wait to return!

I unfortunately didn’t receive any services this time but, my sister got a Brazilian and said it was great. I can tell you the customer service was great, the building is beautiful and the space for those that are waiting is fantastic. Next time I need a facial, I’ll pop in.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I had the pleasure of attending 2 events for the spa; 1. Galentines Spa day, and 2. Lady Millionaire Spa Yacht Experience. Both events were well planned and offered many services the spa provides. If you are in looking for a spa that provides quality services and creative new ways to “treat yourself”, Melanated Beauty Spa is perfect.

My friend and I came here for our Birthday spa treatments! We had a wonderful experience! I had a massage, facial and lip wax! All were amazing! I’m happy and appreciative that my massage therapist added some stretching to my massage! It was much needed. I really enjoyed the facial as it’s been over two decades since I had one. She was super relaxing that I fell asleep and found myself snoring A little!! So happy this is a black owned establishment! Proud of you Black Queen! I wish u nothing but success!

I was so amazed with the professional beautiful warm and sweet experience. The staff was full of knowledge and pampering skills, fit for a Queen. The atmosphere was welcoming and serene. The aroma was wonderful. My husband and I felt like royalty. It was heavenly. Definitely worth the price!
