Critical: Professionalism, QualityShe was on the phone during my massage and kept running out of the room to talk to other staff. She opened the curtain while I was changing and kept it open even when she saw me. The massage hurt and my body felt worse after coming here. A well kept facility in a convenient location. The staff are very respectful, kind, and patient. I’ve never gotten a professional massage until today and it was exactly what I needed and a great first impression. i went to this place for the first time last sunday. The place was clean and the staff was freindly. The girl doing the massage was proffesional and seemed to know her job. I didnt tell her i had problems with my neck and shoulder but she seemed to know. She kept going back to the tight spots. She also asked a few times if what she was doing was ok. The next day i could feel the difference in my kneck and shoulder. Not sure if this is the new staff the owner mentions, but it was definitly was a good first experience.

I made an appointment on a Saturday afternoon for Sunday the next day. I walk in for my appointment and the lady at the front comes to me and tells us they are busy. I proceeded to inform her that I had a reservation. She proceeded to stand in front of me without checking any of her records about my appointment and just told me they were busy. I then asked when there next opening would be as I was willing to wait 30 mins and again, she did not check her records and repeated that they were busy. There was absolutely no effort from this women to try and see the standing of my appointment or when the next availability would open up. I’m not sure if they did not want my business or they were adamant on hiding something in the back and wanted to deter customers at that time…I quickly turned around and left. Before I left, the same unhelpful lady asked me to call and make an appointment. I honestly told her I would not and subsequently found another place nearby to get a massage as a walk in. It was the same price and was very effective. This place is in serious need of better customer service.

Went to this place with my boyfriend. This is our first time ever getting a massage, and we know for a FACT that this IS NOT HOW IT SHOULD BE DONE. Asked for a 60min massage, and We wanted a couples massage.Instead we got put into separate rooms. The lady from the front desk can in and put these suction cup things on my back and left. She would come back 15 minutes at a time JUST TO MOVE the suction cups. The actual massage part was THE WORST! It hurt so bad. Lasted maybe 5 minutes. She then tried to massage me with the suction cups. Smh so much pain involved and will NEVER return to such a unprofessional place with only 2 employees smh.
