There is one masseuse here who needs to go. Great place but I’m afraid I’ll get her again so I’m hesitant to go back even though Iv gone once a week for some time. He hands are rough, calloused, and unpleasant, her nails are too long and scratch.. and she doesn’t seem to have any idea what she’s doing. I left mid massage it was just too unpleasant sitting through. Happened a couple times now and I’m sorry if this is mean but it’s true. Everyone, and I mean everyone else… was great. Please teach her, and soften up her hands. Feels like sandpaper across your skin.

Oh my god , this store has gone south , two weeks ago the store was so good and now with this new team it’s utter attitude , I was there and asked who is working as I knew Amy and then found The Amy who massaged two weeks ago is not the same and this person brushed me off and walked away , and I had to turn away , this store has lost its integrity and they don’t seem to respect customers , not recommending this team for sure

I have been here a few times and it’s the same story. The first time came here they told us to come back in 40 minutes. I came back in 30. Then they told me another hour. A few days later I stopped back in. The lady took me to the room and told me she’d be with me in a minute. 5 minutes later she came back and told me to come back in 40 minutes. They waited for me to leave and took somebody else back to the room I was in. Very unprofessional don’t waste your time going there.

I have been to Mei Ling Spa about 10 times now. I would give it 5 stars but I have one complaint. After the massage I pay for the massage but when I give a tip they ask for more. I always give a little more becuase the massage is excellent. I think they need to realize that I am a repeat customer and will recommend their business to my friends. Asking for a bigger tip especially from a repeat customer is a little disappointing.
