Ladies there asked you for tip just for eyebrows done, even when they did a mediocre job. If you don’t pay the tip they will show an attitude, and treat you rudely if you come back. They are very rude and unwelcoming when you go inside, it gives you the feeling that they are not happy to be working there. Ladies there asked you for tip just for eyebrows done, even when they did a mediocre job. If you don’t pay the tip they will show an attitude, and treat you rudely if you come back. Its the customer’s choice to pay tip or not, and if they had been less rude and done a better job, I would’ve love to have given them a tip.

Critical: Quality, ValueI went there 2 days ago, to get my Henna done for my engagement. The lady on phone told me it will be about $50. When I went there the girl who did my henna said it will be $80 because of the design. I agreed and paid in advance, including her tip, which she asked herself. I paid $94 altogether, when she was doing my last section of hand she said I will have to pay $10 because of the design. I showed her the design before though, I didn’t agree to pay her more so she said she will cut the section of the design. I didn’t mind because I didn’t want to ruin my big day. I left the henna on the whole night, next day I took it off and it was barely noticeable, I thought it will go darker later on, after two days it almost vanished. Barely noticeable !!! The design I did at home is still dark and it was done 2 days before I came to this place to get my henna done. I went there 2 days ago, to get my Henna done for my engagement. The lady on phone told me it will be about $50. When I went there the girl who did my henna said it will be $80 because of the design. Critical: ProfessionalismI wish if I could give them zero stars. I had a few bad experiences with them but i was not courageous enough to express my feelings.Now i really regret for not letting them know about my experience.First of all, the staffs working over their are having such an attitude like we had did something wrong to them. The workers are busy gossiping every time. They don’t even hesitate to speak about someone in front of them. I have heard them making fun of me while i was in the salon. May be the ladies thought that i won’t understand Hindi. But actually i know Hindi very well and understood everything they said. Still i didn’t responded because I don’t want to create a drama over their.Secondly, i did a keratin treatment for my hair because my natural hair was a little curly at the ends. The lady who did that told me like you don’t have to do anything this will stay for like 3 months. I followed every instructions she said like i didn’t washed my hair for 3 days . After my first wash my hair turned so curly that it started getting tangled. I really regret for getting that treatment. It didn’t even stayed for 3 days. I wasted $180 and also tipped &20 for the lady who did that. After that i hadn’t went over their for few months.I tried different salons and was very disappointed with their work so i went back to Mehak again. This time i did a hair cut. The asian lady who did my haircut was so rude. She literally pulled my hair, i was having so much pain and still i tipped her $2. I hadn’t seen such a rude lady in my life. She was like you have to give me at least $5 tip for haircut. I was like seriously??? Is it mandatory to give a tip for each services even if we are not pleased with it!!! That’s horrible. She made fun of me in front of all others customers.Tips have to be given if the customer is happy with the service they have got. I really regret for not talking back to her and pointing out her mistakes.Again i went over their for my eyebrows because i really love the way they do my eyebrows. I was so happy with that but suddenly the lady asked me for a tip and i was happy to give her a tip. But i went their again for my eyebrows and the lady started showing me attitude when she realized that i have no plans to give her a tip.Seriously??? Even for this small work we have to give tips??? This is really disgusting….That was my last visit…..To the management,Please make sure your employees are behaving in a great manner to the customers and also not to ask tips for everything they do. Let customers decide whether they want to tip them or no.Thank youI wish if I could give them zero stars.
