This is the 3rd time I gave them a chance. Never had a good experience there. I never usually write reviews but this time people need to know. This place is outrageous on prices. She didn’t really shape my nails. No manicure just put the gel polish on. She put two coats on. She was about to put top coat and I said oh no I can still see spots on my nails. You need to put another coat. So she did and then put top coat on. I think a 10 year old could have did a better job. Then when I went to pay I seen a change for 10.00 extra. So my total for just gel polish was 35.00 with no manicure. Never again my chair was dirty the towel that was on the nail table was dirty.

I made it to the shop by 4:30pm got into the Pedicure chair and waited for 30min. I requested a regular manicure and spa Pedicure. After my Pedicure I waited an additional 1hr for the manicure finally I decided to pay for the Pedicure and I left. They continued to accept clients until 6:30pm while they continued to play catch up. The shop appears to be newly renovated however the manicure tables being white were dirty and the chairs were as well. I won’t be doing business there no time soon.

Critical: QualityBeen there a couple times and they did good on my nails and then I had a bad experience. Nails broke and lifted. A few months later thought i would give them another try and got the colored dip. Pricey but dont mind paying as long as they last. After a week a whole nail just fell off and all the rest were lifting so I went back and showed the lady and told her I was just there a little over a week ago and all my nails were lifting like there was no bonding solution on them she immediately blamed me and said it was some thing I was doing I said no it’s not and told her I would like to continue my business there could she please fix them for as much as I paid they shouldn’t be lifting after one week ,so she redid my nails told me she would need to change the color and she would just charge me for the color change which she said was $15, However when I got up to the counter She had someone else check me out and changed it gave me 15 off and i had to pay for a new set of nails!
