Michelle and Katie are very nice, personable, and professional. They really took their time to make sure that we were happy with our color choices. This was a Christmas present for my daughters, and my kids received the same “full” treatment. The staff didn’t skimp on giving the children the pampering experience. We never felt rushed, and they were on time to start. Looking forward to visiting again.

I absolutely LOVED my experience at Megan’s Loft!! Michelle is awesome at hair and Megan is very sweet and welcoming. I read the other reviews and was like this is not right!!!! I called and left a message and got a call back in 10-15 minutes. I set up an appointment with no trouble. They were very accommodating with my schedule, which can sometimes be hard to work around. I will definitely be going back! No one has ever cut my hair or colored my hair the way I like it and I have never gotten as many compliments as I do now. Thanks Megan’s Loft for making me look beautiful!!! See you in 6 weeks 🙂

I’m one of those people who does everything last minute. Scheduling an appointment to get my hair, nails and makeup done for my wedding was no different. Leann is a miracle worker! She had to shuffle a few appointments to fit me in before the wedding, but she made it happen. Did my hair, makeup and nails flawlessly and was incredibly patient with me (a salon newbie who knows absolutely nothing about cosmetics or hairstyles). She took the time to make sure it was perfect even when my hair didn’t want to behave and was incredibly pleasant the entire time. My hair and makeup completely suited my personality and looked gorgeous for my wedding day. Leann was a life saver! Highly, highly recommend!

I got a Groupon for full highlights and cut and Michelle did an amazing job. She listened to me at the beginning of the appointment and heard what I was saying and did exactly that. My color is the best it’s ever been, as close to sun kissed as you can get without being in the sun, and she gave me a fantastic cut. I found my new hairdresser. Thanks, Michelle!

I visited Megan’s Loft after purchasing a Groupon for a mani/pedi. I left a voicemail to schedule my appointment, received a call back in a timely manner, and was able to schedule at a time convenient for me. I also received a confirmation call, which was greatly appreciated. My appointment was with Leann, who greeted me and got me settled in as I arrived, about five minutes prior to my time. The salon was clean, very well kept, and provided a relaxing atmosphere. I was very pleased with Leann’s services, and my nails held up very well with very little chipping for over two weeks including a trip to the beach, where I expected to sustain a lot of wear on my nails and the polish. During my appointment, she was friendly, professional, and continually asked if I was comfortable or needed anything. I thought the value of the service far exceeded the price I paid for the Groupon, and would absolutely pay full asking price for the nails services I received. I will definitely return for a future visit and recommend to others. Thank you for a great trip to the salon!
