Called for an appointment for a fill, was told when to come and I still ended up having to wait an hour (being shuffled around to different seats until they were “ready” for me). Service took forever. My nails were mishaped (they had a point to the left for some reason (I had and wanted to keep a square shape). My nails also looked thick and chunky and the edges around weren’t smooth (and the nail tech wasn’t willing to adress the issues). One tip had to be replaced, but after it was added, it was cut so short that I could have gone without as it looked out of place and didn’t match my other nails. Additionally, the tech didn’t fully remove the old polish around the bases of my nails which made them look dirty and gross. I also had to ask her to clean the acrylic out from underneath the nails which is something that should always be done. I kept indicating that I wanted different things fixed and I was laughed at. Horrible experience, horrible result. Don’t waste your time and money. The nail salon should be a relaxing experience, not a dreaded and stressful one that makes you wish you had never gone there at all.

I bought my mom a gift certificate in April for pedi &manicure. It was only 45$ .She took the certificate to Meghans to use and they would not honor it because the owner had sold it to a new owner. It was already paid for and would have costed them maybe 45mins of their time and maybe 30 cents worth of nail polish. I will never go back to this place and I’ve also told all my friends and co-workers. That’s bad for business when you can’t accommodate someone that paid for a service. Shame on you for being greedy.

I got the nails done on a Friday, by Monday 2 nails popped off. I called and went in and the same technician fixed the nails. I got home and before I went to work that night 2 more popped off. They told me to come back but I didn’t go. There was no reason for it. I ended up taking them off myself and waiting and going to Knoxville to get them redone. $75 down the drain. Just for nails that popped off.

My mother is 96. They helped her remove her shoes, get in the chair and do her pedicure. Then they assisted her to move to a chair and get her nails done. Everyone was so helpful and nice to her and her nails look fabulous! I also had a gel pedi and mani. They also look fabulous. All the employees were very meticulous with both of us.
