I looked for many places to start my locs. I kept circling back around to Megalondon. I finally decided to go there and I can truly say it was the best thing that happened to my hair. Beckley started my coils and styled it beautifully. My retwist was done perfectly by Zee. The positive energy in the shop is amazing. Very professional. And the parts are excellent. What else can I say, I found master locticians who are incredible loc artists. Looking forward to my journey.

Do not recommend going here. Had a bad experience the owner seems like she didn’t care that I was not happy with the work. My boxes are not even I traveled 2 hours to get my hair done and she was aware of that. To top it off she told me come back but will still charge me! And will not provide a refund! I will not be coming back and will not send anyone to this place!

My experience with Megalodon has been pleasant thus far. Zee is/was my son’s loctician and she is so polite, soft spoken and semi honest lol. I say that because I know my son’s locks are trash but she tried to make both of us feel better about the condition of his locks. Aside from that she’s really honest about what she can and cannot do. Which brings me to the only thing I wish is that she knew how to undue and restart locks so that my son’s loc ks would be neater.

When I asked why, she was so rude, even though I told her that I drove almost an hour for this appointment. Mind you, before I booked, she was the one who told me to book online.
