At first this place was great but after a couple months and one bad experience it ruined all the positive experiences i had previously with Cindy and Linda. To start the owners Emily and Ricky are husband and wife and will go to extreme to defend their unprofessional behavior as well as twist their words on what they promise you. I always call ahead and today was no different. I spoke to Emily who assured me my SNS would be no charge because of the last experience I had when she did my nails. It was rushed and super sloppy and the last time i was there they said they could get me in and out by 2pm but when I arrived at 12:40 Emily didnt start my nails til 1:30 pm and had my out by 2:15 which caused me to miss a very important Dr.’s appt. So after explaining this again on the phone today she had me come in anyways to redo it then when it came time to pay began yelling at me saying they never agreed to letting me get them redone because in her mind my nails were “still good” meaning not broken but they were not good and the color I wanted did not match the sample to begin with. I would not recommend this salon to my worst enemy. They tried to get me to come in the next day after the incident but I work two jobs and I told I couldn’t come in for a week or so . Ricky AGREED at that time and said he would honor it when I came back but today Emily refused because she’s the wife so I paid the 88.00 even tho my nails were just done previously. She stated it had been 2 weeks but SNS should last more than two weeks and also they do not follow proper protocol when it comes to cleanliness so beware and Im sure they will be writing a response to try and defend themselves and accuse me of things or what I said but believe the other bad reviews don’t just take my word for it. They Suck!!! This is a pic of my nails done today by helen . Still lots of gaps on the side and nail beds but to Emily it looks “good”

Mega nails did a great job on my sns manicure and regular pedicure. I was a walk-in and was immediately greeted by the nice man at the check-in counter. They seated me as soon as I walked in! There was an impressive amount of colors to choose from but they were patient with me and helped me pick the color I was looking for. Prices were reasonable. The place was clean and beautiful. I’m also really picky when it comes to sns manicures and Jenny did a phenomenal job on the shape and thickness of the nails. She was so patient with what I asked for and you could tell she really wanted to make me happy! Nika, who did my pedicure, was so nice and bubbly! Would definitely return.

I really do love this nail shop every time that I come I always have a great experience my nails and my toes look really good they feel good. I also do get my eyebrows waxed and tinted there as well and I would recommend this to everyone. this is my favorite place in the Atlanta area. Currently they have good prices the staff is amazing.
