I had a wonderful experience I highly recommend this place! I was very well taken care of by David, who both helped me to pick an elegant full set and paid a lot of attention to my nails to get me a result I really love. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing and the price is beyond fair for the quality, I will be coming back here soon!

Now normally I love this place It has become my regular, I’ve even recommended clients to them. However, I feel that when David is not there they charge whatever they want. There’s no reason this set is $70 dollars when I’ve gotten other sets with diamonds, coffin shape etc and paid the same amount. The lady says it’s because of the special powder she used when it’s the same exact acrylic powder they always use. Its sad to feel taken advantage of but I’ll definitely be taking my business elsewhere from now on

I’ve had 2 bad experiences with this location and I’ve only been here 4 times . The first incident , I got a pedicure and acrylic full set both French tips . The nail tech that I had was really nice and did them perfectly . But the manager came over and told her that those were considered details on nails and charged me for details separately from the French tip charge . ( mind you he said this while she was almost done with my nails ) . So I did not appreciate the price change .

I used to go here ill the time. Staff having been changing frequently. Love Diana but she doesn’t work here anymore. Only great techs are the owner wife and brittany or Bethany..cant recall her name. Though the older lady that help me told me she Could NOT do a design on OPI nail polish! ONLY GEL.. I tip her n the other lady 13 dollars total because they upcharge for Gel nail when it could of want on her pocket..n now I probably not come back plus SNS nails were amateur. I got pics..toes on point but force upscale …i felt like walking out n I don’t like to complain i just don’t go back

Got my nails done here for the new year because my normal place was closed. My nail broke the next day after getting them done and the guy who was doing my nails was rough. He claimed that I was moving my hand but he was literally holding my hand up in the air twisting and turning it causing me and my hand to be uncomfortable. For $75 and the most basic nails I could get….I’m so happy my original shop will be back open on Monday. Next time I’ll wait.

Every time I go it’s a different price .I never complain even if it fluctuatesi still tip 20% on top of this .but started getting frustrated about them taking advantage of customers every time .I always get one color sns with tips, the same length almost every time but I have paid from 35-70$ .they add whatever amount that they want . I was charged 30$ for sns ,10 to remove, 5 for tip, 5 for length 10 for Matt coat and 5 for shape .total 65$ To begin with is why are you charging me length charge if you are already charging me for a tip ? Second he didn’t even put the oil that they put at the end . Didn’t clean up from the inside and extra polish .
