I have been here several times over the last year and every stylist I’ve worked with has been awesome. Usually it’s possible to do a walk in for a haircut, and today I was able to get a same day appointment for color. Alicia was my stylist this time- and she will probably be my new go-to girl. She did a great job touching up my roots, adding highlights, and finding that just-right toner to fend off my brass.

Summer has been doing my hair for at least 7 years and it has ALWAYS been exactly as I request. I have recommended her and the shop to several men and their wives. Without exception they ALL reply to me how thankful they are for Summer. The remarkable thing is that she cuts your hair the way you want, not the way she thinks you want it and in Aiken, that is a rare thing!

I had an appointment today at 6:05pm, I showed up to my appointment and no one was in the salon. I sat there and waited for an employee to walk back in and asked me what I needed, I told her I had an appointment with Jessica. She proceeded to tell me that Jessica was having car problems and did not come in to work. So I ask if there is any availability at all, to which she says no, she just got off the phone with her boss and shes closing the shop early…Now I understand things happen but the problem I have is no one thought to cancel my appointment before I drove all the way over there. I’m sure the stylists don’t appreciate when a client doesn’t show up so it would be nice to have some common courtesy in return, especially since I got a text message this morning to confirm my appointment. Def not how you handle business.
