I went to the store for permanent eyebrow tattoo & met the beauticians. Beautician Ms. Amy did eyebrow tattoo & other beautician Ms. Michelle did men’s facial. I had great experience with both of beauticians & both are professional & very happy with their customer service. The price was very good compared to other stores at Arcadia or Pasadena where I have been to. Asked both of beauticians if they make decent salary since they have great customer service & professional skills & both beauticians said they make minimum wage & plus tips & same as restaurants. The tips is not obligation, but I think if someone provided you one and half hours services with minimum wage with professional skills, they should receive tips like other restaurant servers. at restaurant, we leave 10-20% tips at end of the meal, what these servers do ? Beauticians, need get license from stated & go to school to learn the skills & the servers, they don’t need any degrees or licenses to working at restaurant. they are not serve only one table & even their service is not good, we still leave minimum 10% tips because we know these servers need this tips to pay their bills. Restaurant servers take orders, bring you food & take dishes. Why the servers can get paid tips & the beauticians have to ask to get tips? Why ? and some customer says it is rude ????shouldn’t we leave 10-20% tips before these beauticians asks ?I don’t understand people go there, receive 1by1 service, and complains ask tips? For me, if I don’t have money for luxury stuff, I won’t go & I won’t walk out the door without leaving some tips. If someone provide professional service, I always leave some tips for respecting people who provide the services. I feel people should treat these beauticians same as servers because they provide service 1 by 1 & the tips is not only thankful to the beauticians & also, it is respect if they provided good customer service & they need it to pay their bills too. I recommend someone don’t respect beauticians at this store or don’t pay minimum 10% tips, shouldn’t go there. Find some cheap store you don’t have to leave tips or something you can affordable. Thank you.

I loved my eyelashes ! I wanted something subtle but that made my eyes pop and they look amazing ! The staff is so nice and welcoming !! I did not have to wait at all for my appointment. The place is so clean and relaxing ! I definitely recommend! Eyelash extensions

I went in for a facial today and was really excited to try this new place out since I have a regular but wanted to try something new , Michelle was the one that attended me she did a great job was friendly but once it was time to pay she gave me the total and also wanting to include tip. TIP is not an obligation it’s a thank you service for whatever amount you want to give . I sent my payment of 90$ she thought I wasn’t going to tip her more but she got a little rude and said that’s all your tipping I was going to go to my car too get cash but I did not after all because it’s rude having to give a certain amount they want as tip and basically forcing making me feel uncomfortable .When you should be grateful for what they give tip isn’t necessary!!

Amy did my lashes and she is AMAZING. She was able to book me within 24 hours of me contacting her. She is very clean, professional, hygienic, and gentle. She made sure that the lash length, style and location of were exactly what I wanted prior to gluing them on. She also did an amazing job giving me the style I wanted in a way that fit my eye lid shape. Five stars! Highly recommend
