Burned on the lip and nose. Wax was to hot. Usually got threading but the usual lady was not there so went for the wax instead. Unable to get a consistent person so between that and the burn I will not return.

I dont know how these people are still in business. No matter what time of day/ day of the week I go, the door is locked and theyre closed-even though the sign on the door says theyre open. How do you conduct any business that way? So unreliable its disgusting.

Whoever has done my brows has always done a thorough job, leaving me satisfied when I walk out the shop. $5 for eyebrow threading is extremely reasonable especially compared to getting them done at the mall.

I felt unwanted when I walked in. They weren’t welcoming. I tried to explain what I wanted done and they still seemed so DUMBFOUNDED to something so simple. I was charged 15 bucks for threading and henna WHICH DID NOT STAIN NOTHING. She took out more hair than she was suppose to and I also got a huge cut to which she said nothing about, didn’t feel the pain until I got home. Do not go to this place!

At 1st I went here on a wim and it was ok because it was affordable for individual eyelash extensions.. but I never did fill ins for the eye lash extensions.. and that’s where the problem is.. so I usually pay around $68 and up for a full set of individual eye lashes and this time she HAD to change something because my eyes were SUPER itchy!! Note that I went after they declared it socalled “safe” to go back during Coronavirus. So my eyes were itchy so bad and the lashes were falling out bad. When I went in for my fill in she CLAIMED I was the only 1 that has happened too but from the other reviews I see here that’s untrue.. maybe she changed the glue or didnt clean he utensils after each client because I didnt notice her cleaning or switching the tweezers.. anyway I paid $50 for a freaking FILL-IN WHICH MADE NO SENSE seeing as though a full set it $68 and change and she didnt really want to do it but I insisted because I needed it done for a event and said maybe we can try a different lash. So when she did the fill in the lashes were STUCK TOGETHER AND barely FULL. It damn sure wasnt a full set and the lashes she used were cheap… NEVER GOING BACK.. AND SHE DIDN’T CARE THAT I FELT AND LOOKED HORRIBLE

I found them through Groupon… got a bikini wax, eyelash extension and threading. They used soft wax and I left covered in it and with raw spots from her having to go over the same area multiple times. The eyelash extension, she had me in the salon chair, not laying down like every other place I have gone, at first glance they looked fine but then when I got home I realized there were bunches that were clumped together. As they grew out it became way more apparent. And as they started coming off, I would have a single lash that was glued to 3 natural lashes and a massive clump them glued onto a single lash. Bc of all that it hurt when they grew out. Because of our vacation scheduling I didn’t have time to go get them professionally removed.

I went once for eyebrow threading and it was an older womaon who spoke zero English and it was fine. Today I had the younger woman, who appears to be the owner, and she took out an entire chunk of hair from the MIDDLE of my eyebrow. She showed me in the mirror and tried to tell me I never had hair there. Never again. I literally walked out.
