Critical: QualityI went in for acrylic nails, the nail tech didn’t follow the picture at all, she didn’t apply enough coats of paint, didn’t add enough glitter to the nails either. I went back and asked them to fix it. They still didn’t get it right. I got dents in my nails, they’ve only been on for a week and they are already sliding off my nails. They didn’t seal the cuticle at all. Not worth the time and money I spent there. I went in for acrylic nails, the nail tech didn’t follow the picture at all, she didn’t apply enough coats of paint, didn’t add enough glitter to the nails either. 1st time for a manicure. I wasn’t sure if I would like but my said you need one because it will make your feet feel better. I must admit, she was right. The ladies that work her were fantastic. The other customers were friendly and said if love it. My feet feel better than they have for a long time. I will do this again and recommend that you try this place. Guys it’s not just for the ladies, it’s for your feet too. Thank you for making the experience so pleasant. Great job.

Very slow. Had an appt for 10 am. Arrived five minutes to 10. My feet were soaking in water for half hr before she even started. After waiting 15 minutes, I told he I had an appt. at 10. She said they were very busy. I will not be back. Tech was not friendly. It was not a positive and relaxing experience. Pedicure

Critical: Quality, ValueI have been a customer of Nancy for a while now. She’s so sweet and so nice. She is my favorite!! But I don’t know what happened. I’m kinda ready eyed right now.I am an anxious nail biter. So I bite my nails often. Usually, to break that cycle, I get my nails done every once in a while to allow my nails to grow. And after 2 months of growing them out without nails on…I thought I would go get my nails done. I was so excited Bc I love love love Nancy! She didn’t do anything the usually does to prepare my nails for dip. She didn’t trim the cuticles, she didn’t file my nail, and then, to my horror, she jaggedly and quickly cut them before applying tips!!! I worked so hard to let them grow! I thought, okay it’s fine. I will just wear them for a few weeks and they will grow and I can file them down a bit so they look straight. That was NOT the case. My nails were cut jagged, diagonal, zig zag…. I had to file them down completely most of them. Anyone who has this kind of anxiety and insecurity knows how heart breaking it can be see that I worked so hard to grow my nails finally and now I’m back at square one.I usually LOVE coming here to treat myself to great nails. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI live out of town and only work in Harrison, but I had a hairline crack in a nail (natural nail with gel polish) that I needed repaired before it broke off completely. I am so glad that I found this salon. They were able to fit me in within a couple hours and quickly brainstormed how to repair my nail even though my salon uses products and colors that they do not. I was patched up and on my way in 15 minutes.
