Told the woman that cut my hair that i ironed my hair strait and also that I had grown my hair out for over a year after bleaching it for many years n wanted a bob hair cut that angled longer in front n shorter in back n what I ended up with was a 80s styled Curley hair cut not a bob at all n instead of being long in front she cut bangs it caused me to literally have to wear a wrap on my head at home n also I was forced to buy every hat possible – btw i cried the next day
